The quality of the relationship between therapist & client is a key factor in eliciting change. I believe that to be vulnerable, we need to feel safe. I strive to provide a non-judgmental space where healing can begin. This is your journey, I am here to provide support, guidance & education along the way.

About me:

I enjoy spending quality time with friends, family & my 2 pit bulls. I also enjoy catching up on tv shows and occasionally getting into a good psychological thriller book. Prior to Covid, I was doing quite a bit of traveling & would eventually like to resume.
