Approach:
I believe that everyone in this life deserves to be happy; but the real question is – What is happiness to you? My goal is to help you identify what stressors/life events, etc. are clouding your strengths and preventing you from being fulfilled. Let’s work together and find a way to manage stressors, build healthy relationships with yourself and others and figure out what makes you happy!
