I enjoy having adventures and exploring new places, even when it may be just around the corner. I relish spending time with family and friends, hiking, camping, taking my dog for walks, reading and the occasional Netflix series.

I have over 30 years experience working in outpatient mental health and substance abuse clinics. I have also worked in residential settings for adult women, addressing parenting and substance use issues. I have worked with a multitude of populations including younger and older adults families and adolescents.
