I believe that the more I know about myself, the better I can tend to my own wants and needs. Continuing to learn about myself by searching inside and out, improves my quality of life. I encourage my patients to delve within also, to learn more about what makes them who they are, so in turn, they can better care for themselves and enjoy life in a fuller way.

About me:

I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children. I also love to travel and look forward to getting back to my favorite places: Paris, Utah, and Disney World.

I work with children, adolescents and adults. I have experience working with victims of sexual violence, rape, incest, and violent crime; as well as domestic and intimate partner abuse. I also have experience working with individuals who struggle with alcohol and substance abuse disorders.
