In Person & Telehealth Sessions

  • Assists in identifying and obtaining your goals

  • Creating a safe environment

I believe that the more I know about myself, the better I can tend to my own wants and needs. Continuing to learn about myself by searching inside and out, improves my quality of life. I encourage my patients to delve within also, to learn more about what makes them who they are, so in turn, they can better care for themselves and enjoy life in a fuller way.

About me:

I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children. I also love to travel and look forward to getting back to my favorite places, Paris, Utah, and Disney World.
