I believe our minds are fascinating and understanding that we control our emotions and that our emotions do not control us is key to empowering us to heal.

About me:

In my free time I enjoy being with my family, dog, and friends. I love yoga, the beach, reading, swimming, walking the dog and meditation.

I have worked with kids and teens in school settings. I have also performed home visits, have been a case worker for teens in need of assistance and worked for a mental health agency in a crisis center.
