Approach:
I use a person-centered approach to meet my clients where they are at, either emotionally or situationally. I believe clients become empowered when they are able to identify and express their emotions in a safe space.  I use a strength-based focus to help foster self-confidence and address negative core beliefs. I believe healing is not linear and progress may look different for everyone, but growth is always possible.
