Approach:

I believe therapy to be a space where we become acquainted with our truest and most authentic selves. I strive to facilitate that discovery and connection and to promote understanding and awareness. Healing is a journey that’s hard to embark upon alone, and I’m happy to walk alongside you. Integrating strategies from various therapeutic approaches, I seek to utilize my clinical experience collaboratively with you to develop a plan that will address the needs you have for therapy.

Challenging unhelpful thinking patterns, examining deeply held belief systems, and adjusting maladaptive behaviors in favor of healthier coping mechanisms, boundary-setting and personal exploration are some examples of my clinical goals.

Let’s work to help you discover your most authentic you. Together, we can explore not only what hurts, but also what helps you feel most alive, connected, and whole.
