Approach:
As a therapist, I believe that successful mental health outcomes begin with relationship-building. I strive to create a therapeutic connection with all my clientele, where they feel comfortable to share their experiences and work toward personal growth. I encourage feedback from clients to improve my ability to meet a client's needs. I primarily work best with those aged 15-40, however, I do work with a wide range of clientele across age, gender, and sexuality.
