Approach:
I believe that all people deserve the opportunity to find happiness in their lives, despite their challenges. I am a believer that all people have the capacity to find inner strength. It is my hope that we can work together to find a belief and love in ourselves that can support growth towards a better life. Let’s work to pull away the things that cloud our ability to see the great things we are all capable of doing. I will work with my clients utilizing a strengths-based and culturally aware perspective to learn about and from the individual. I strive to meet the client from where they are at in their life and allow them to set the tempo and establish their own individualized and personal goals.

In my free time, I love hiking, camping and all things outdoors. I try to attend live music and sporting events as much as possible and I am always looking to find new cities and place to travel to.
